Magpul Dynamics is a tactical training company with a curriculum focused on Military, Law Enforcement and Private Sector professional skill sets, which operates under the umbrella of Magpul Industries.
For those of you who don’t know, Magpul started in 1999 with an item of the same name designed to improve the speed of tactical magazine changes. From their success with the “Magpul” they have branched into other tactical accessories like stocks, grips and the popular PMAG polymer AR15/M16 magazine.
While we haven’t had a chance to attend one of Magpul Dynamics’ courses, we highly recommend the DVD that they released. The Art of the Tactical Carbine Vol. 1 is a 3-disc DVD set featuring live fire class instruction. While some parts may seem trivial to experienced shooters, there is great information on the mindset of tactical shooting as well as a wealth of drills to practice on your own.
