A lot of mistrust of Bushmaster. Eithor there was a business change, or Magpull heard the cu$tomers and decided for a change.

Freddie Blish (Aimpoint's director of MIL sales) reports back from the '09 NDIA Small Arms Symposium that Remington will be producing the ACR for mil/LEO sales in 5.56, 6.5, and 6.8. Obviously, all these are just a quick barrel/bolt swap to change calibers.

No word from LtCol Blish on non-LEO civilian sales.

The ACR will be made in Ilion, NY.

off topic, but I think the camo worn in the pics is very cool. I have tracked Camouflage for several years. (And have been consistantly amazed at the poor designs developed in America.) What is the name of the camo pattern in the pic, and where can I find out more about it, or get some?

There's a lot of history behind the word Masada, look into it if you have some time. Also the Massoud, their latest .308 rifle named after Ahmad Shah Massoud. The history behind their names a nice touch.
