Gear Tasting 61: Fifth Annual ITS Muster Recap and Lessons Learned

Fresh from Muster, our annual Skill-Set Development Excursion, Bryan provides a recap of the event amongst our containers that still need to be unpacked. He also covers some lessons learned on the gear he took and changes he made before, during and after the event.

In each episode of Gear Tasting, Imminent Threat Solutions Editor-in-Chief Bryan Black answers your gear-related questions and shares his insight into what we’re currently evaluating at ITS HQ.

    Question here about your rig:
A lot of the stuff you have on here is a great value, like the Garmin Foretrex. I remember when a unit twice that size was also twice the price.
So my question is, what makes that LBT 1961 worth $420.18? I don’t imagine you’re just using it for funzies so I assume that you feel it’s a good value at that price. Can you elaborate on why?
