BedBunker Concealed Gun Safe

We wanted to share an interesting product we stumbled upon the other day, it’s called the BedBunker, and it’s a fire-resistant concealed gun safe that replaces the box spring under your mattresses.

The BedBunker comes in twin, queen and king sizes, and fits up to 32 rifles and 70 hand guns depending on the size.

It’s also compatible with standard sized bed frames, so replacing your existing box spring with one wouldn’t require a new bed frame.

What really sparked our interest with the BedBunker is their choice of locks. They’re using the Mul-T-Lock which is an exceptional lock, not completely pick resistant, but still a dramatic step forward to traditional rim cylinder locks.

This is a great product idea and makes the problem of thieves simply hauling off your safe that much more difficult.

When the two sides of the safe are put together, like in the Queen size configuration, the unit weighs 1300 lbs. and isn’t the easiest thing to strap to a dolly and wheel out of a home.
