Just thought I'd share a convenient way of carrying while in your vehicle.
It mounts under the steering column.
No tools
No vehicle modification
Doesn't interfere with driving
Right or left handed shooters
Conveniently accessible and easy to draw discreetly

Thanks for the link and photos. I may have to pick one of those up for when I make long drives.

I hate leaving a gun in my vehicle... I assume this is just during transport, not 24/7?

You are correct sir. Just for transport and easy access while driving. I hate the idea of leaving a weapon in a vehicle too.

Exactly. While making long drives, it allows the weapon to be positioned for easy access if needed. When arriving at or near a destination or returning home, the weapon goes back in the holster and concealed.

As a former Bimmer owner, I thank you for not calling it a beamer

Only the true owners know that Beamer is a motorcycle, Bimmer is a car =D

I've got a compartment in my dash that pops up, it's the perfect size for my G23 and a spare mag. Very easy to access while driving.

Just curious, what vehicle do you drive that has that perfect storage compartment?

I have a compartment in my Equinox that pops up also. I like this option better than using the pop up because it is more discrete.
