I ordered my ETA IFAK fill kit, but I'm looking for a good, inexpensive (oxymoron, I know) pouch that rips off, as I carry my first aid kit on my back. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I hate to promote Condor stuff because its the Walmart equivalent for operator gear but they have an inexpensive tare away pouch that might work pretty well for your needs.
The pouch velcros (with a lot of velco) to a backing plate that mounts to your molle, so the backing plate stays put and the pouch pulls away.
Its the MA41 Condor Rip-away EMT pouch.
