Has anybody tried out the Vertx Kryptek Pants? I'm thinking about trying them out, though a bit expensive, but my hesitation is that they have gotten a number of bad reviews over at LA Police Gear.

I have never tried any Vertx products previously as I am mostly a 5.11 guy, but I know from reputation they make a good product, so I'm just curious specifically about their Kryptek line.

Thanks guys!

I wear Vertx LT Phantoms most everyday....but not these particular pants.

I can tell you the few items I have from Vertx have been fantastic.

I have some of the shorts and they are great. They run a bit small or I am getting fatter... I have seen the multi cam pants from them on sale several places

I love Vertx pants. I wear them all the time. I am a 33 inch waist and have to wear the 36 inch waist. Even my Crye field pants are 34's and fit just fine. I prefer the LT pants over the regular, the lighter weight makes them almost pajama like. I can't imagine that the camo pattern on them changes anything. I have them in Green, black, and the tan.

They are pretty pricey over there. I got mine at govx if you're active or prior military/le

I just got a pair. They are ok although honestly I think my $50 propper pants are far higher quality.the vertx would be great in really hot conditions although I question their durability as the material is quite light but I don't have enough time running around in them to give you more then a quick initial opinion.

Yeah... I saw tho a week or two ago, but for nyco or 100% cotton, I'm not seeing a justification for the price. If they were fr, I'd be more understanding. If I really wamt to spend that much money for a combat uniform, I'll just buy the original crye one.

I can't find my size. Does anyone else make pants in the Kryptek Highlander pattern?

Go to Kryptek directly, I have a pair of their Valhalla pants that I like and also a Vidar Scout vest. I plan on getting a pair of their heavier Alaios pants in the fall.

Code died a while ago, I'll post an updated one when I have some downtime. Its just past midnight-thirty right now and its going to be a busy day tomorrow when my gear arrives, so it might be a day or two.
