Wow, you guys carry way too much stuff... I try to keep things simple:
I might add a SureFire E2B, but that's about it. 95% made in the US.

Starting from the top left going right.
That is a Iphone 5c with a LUVVITT Armor Shell. Next is my wallet that I have had since I was in about 6th grade to learn the Responsibilities or carrying a wallet, it is a Rolfs leather wallet. The next set of items is always attached to my keys (which is on my belt at about 5 O'Clock, I have the Titanium split pea lighter from countycomm, A small Victorinox Swiss Army, a Gerber Seat Belt Cutter, All held with quick disconnects onto a Exotac freekey which I use to attach onto my Black Diamond Carabiner. Now to the bottom left, The watch is a Seiko 5 21 jewel automatic watch with a Suunto clipper compass attached. Next is a Solarforce L2 flashlight which provides 820 lumens on the highest setting inside of a surefire holster. The next Item is Chapstick with about 2.5 feet of Gorilla tape wrapped around it with about 2 feet of hemp cordage on top of that. The brass container is a Everdry Brass waterproof match case, I carry all weather matches and a striker inside of it. The first blade is a Victorinox Champion that I have carried everyday since 7th grade (except when flying.) And my defensive knife is a Fox 599 Karambit with the Emerson wave feature.
Now to talk about how I carry it.
The phone will go in my left front pocket on normal pants like jeans. But lately I have been wearing exclusively 5.11 taclite pros which have a designated phone pocket that fits the Iphone 5c with case perfectly. My wallet will go in my back left pocket, My keys go on my belt loop at 5 O'Clock. I have my watch on my left wrist, with the Suunto clipper higher on the band for more comfort. I place my light as close to 7-8 O'Clocks as possible, and pressed against the belt loop so it won't move on me unless I move it forward. The chapstick, Matches, and Victorinox all go in my front right pocket together with the Fox Karambit riding in the front of that pocket so I am able to deploy it quickly in reverse grip.
A few things I am looking to add in the future, when the money comes available.
I am looking to change out my light due to worrying about the lithium battery possibly overheating/exploding. I am also looking into making my own hankies to start carrying. In the future I would like to upgrade my watch to a Maratac Pilot. I plan on taking my Concealed Carry class soon which will allow me to edc some form of firearm as well as many other things ( in my state) such as a collapsible baton. For the firearm I am looking at a Keltec pf9. I am also doing research on new products and making a edc tin for survival and possible situations that can happen to anyone at anytime.

Todays EDC.
Also making a slight guest appearance is my EDC bag the ITS Tactical Discreet Messenger Bag. Always with me, but doesn't quite fit in my pockets....
And now how it looks while I'm wearing it. Obviously where things go changes depending on what I'm wearing, but today its my TAD Doomsday Pants.
Ridgeback Belt Knife
Gerber Multi-plier
Carabiners
Wallet
Infidel, Zippo, Lip Balm, Eye Drops, and loose change if I have any
iPhone 5
Surefire Combat light Left rear pocket
Rite in the Rain note pad and pen Right rear pocket
and I know what your thinking "where's the throw away phone and passport?" they would be inside the hidden internal pockets on the pants. and if I was stateside I would also show my Glock G27 w/ Raven Concealment VanGuard II Appendix carried but sadly here in England I'm not allowed to carry a "personal" firearm.

My edc currently consists of:
Back right pocket;
wallet
Back left pocket;
hanki
Gorilla tape
Left front pocket;
cpr face sheild
Kobalt utility knife
Princeton Tec red light
Fenix E-15
bike lock key
Gerber diamond hone
Right front pocket;
Leatherman Skeletool (found recently on a trail)
Leatherman bit kit and bit extender
red rope rosary
radians earplugs
35mm film canister fishing kit
Wood Miser tape measure
crescent wrench
Right side belt;
Leatherman Surge
Leatherman bit kit
Bosch t-shank jigsaw blade
mini wonder bar
Uline marker
pen
Backwoodsbrooks Knives Weasel
Left side belt;
Leatherman PST
in US compass pouch, Altoids tin tinder kit, UST Sparkforce, lighter, mag bar
On wrist a Casio Pathfinder Hunting Timer and working on making another para cord bracelet.
In my College backpack I carry a NOLS #3.0 FAK, my HP Pavilion g7 Laptop, a Carrhart nylon rain jacket, and my books.
Why three multi tools? Simply because I can and it gives me a wide berth of the things I am able to fix because of the options that I have. If I were in a situation that called for mobility rather than firepower I might only carry one of the tools that was most suited for the situation.

Really hope Photobucket doesn't let me down by showing this picture sideways... (Moderators, I swear it really is over 1024 pixels wide!) Anyway, going clockwise, from the sunglasses...
Oakley SI Fuel Cell Sunglasses with Ultrablend Cerakote
Omron Pedometer (Love the 7-day memory)
Leather Belt (changes from day to day)
Casio G-Shock with altimeter, barometer and thermometer
Alabama Holster “The Hooker†(Yes, I keep a hooker in my pants)
Spare ProMag Magazine
Federal Premium person defense ammunition
Benchmade 9051BK (I’ve been issued a few knives over the years and this is definitely my favorite)
Visine Eye Drops
L3 Illumination L10C Flashlight with tail-click and pocket clip (Great all around flashlight. Only complaint is it always starts on the dimmest setting)
Small Band-Aids
Bobby pin
Dockers Leather wallet (hoping to replace this with the ITS Tactical wallet soon!!!)
Platinum Wedding Band
This changes a bit depending on where I'm going, what I'm doing and what I'm wearing, but this is the most common setup.
What I lack in knowledge & skill, I make up for with sarcasm & bad jokes.
