I'd like to get some hands on training about the plant life in Arizona. More specifically, wild edibles. Can anyone recommend somewhere or someone who does this kind of live field training in the area?

There's a few books out there, and a guy on YouTube called Arizona bushmaster or something like that, I think he does classes.

Check out the guys at Greenside Training.  They do a combat tracker course, and I know a guy who used to be part of their cadre.

I know it's a little bit of an offshoot from what you're asking for earlier, but I'm willing to bet they got some good info on the matter.

The courses they offer sound relatively awesome, and they'd be good people to network with.

I almost forgot about The Scott-Donelan Tracking School, he does a lot of military and border patrol training, I think in the Tucson area.
