When I got my khard I was a bit sick of the lack of pouches available, especially outside the US, where the pickings are even slimmer.

Many manufacturers seemed to be making packs lined with velcro, but few were making pouches to stick to the loop. Thankfully the tide seems to be turning on that one, and I've put together a list of sources and some thoughts on hook and loop as a modular, scalable system. Thought it might be of use to those looking at the Arc'teryx Khard, Vertx Gamut (plus) or the LBX Titan packs.

If anyone has any more decent sources, please let me know.

Very nice, definitely going to bookmark that. Just a head's up, the Maxpedition link is the same as the Equipnor one.

ATS Tactical makes a few, called "CAP" pouches. I haven't used them, but I'd imagine they're on par quality wise with other ATS gear.

Excellent. One of my go to brands. When I feel the need for a particular item, I check if they make it first.

Yah it bugs me when a website says they have stuff in stock, you order and then a couple days later you get an email saying ohhhh we haven't had that in stock in months! Then take it off your site! Rant over....

What that means to me is that they don't stock much (if anything at all) and just outsource all their purchases from another vendor at a small discount, similar to an ebay or Amazon seller.

Their site will always indicate it is "in stock" because it doesn't reference their supplier which would dropship directly to you in the vendors name.

Yah I have no idea what their issue is. A buddy of mine said he wasn't surprised when I told him my issue.... Common I guess.

In their favour however they did send me the one pouch at a discount for my troubles. I do know that a lot of canadian dealers have issues with keeping gear in stock. I don't know why, maybe stocking US first then Canada gets the leftovers? Tariffs, Border snags, issues Importing due to ITAR ( thanks Canada)

A good friend of mine manages one of the biggest shooting/firearms related company in the country and he is always having issues like that.

It's not the fact that they didn't have any but that they said they did! Got all horny for new gear!! Hahaha

I then ordered direct from LBX with their LE/Mil discount :)
