I'm looking for a titanium camp cup that will nest with a 27oz Klean Kanteen bottle. Toaks brand 450ml cups are advertised as such, but reviews state that it's not a great fit and they rattle alot.

Anyone know of a brand/size that'll fit snuggly?

Not snow peak. I just checked, and it has a decent gap and would rattle like crazy.

I doubt you'll find a perfect fit, might be better off making it a snugger fit with some kind of shim, maybe stretch a neoprene coozy over the bottle.

I've made snugger fit using coffee filters.  They're pretty handy for a multitude of things besides filtering.

Just get a looser fitting cup and pad it, then you can have paper towels, or coffee filters or whatever handy when you need it. I put a few wraps of electrical tape around my water bottle where the mouth of the cup sits, it works great and now I have some tape when I need it. Duct tape would work too, but I would stick it to a base layer of painters tape if you don't want the glue all over your bottle.

What about a case for the actual bottle? I have the Haley Strategic case for my 27oz (AWESOMENESS BTW) maybe someone makes a simple sleeve that would take up the space?

If the Haley didn't have the pouch it would work perfect.

Great suggestions, thanks guys!

I'm surprised no manufacturers have made a Ti bottle with perfectly nested Ti cup. It'd be expensive but there has to be a market for that.

I'm guessing the niche that want metal bottles/cups together, and lightweight is probably too small to warrant it.  I'm disappointed that Nalgene stopped making the Guyot all steel bottles.  I bought an armful when they were on clearance at the local sporting goods store.
