Hey Team,

Tempo has been increasing a lot around here, and I've been in my ACH a lot, just looking for some recommendations for a liner or retention system. Currently, I'm using issued "hard as rock" pads with a ops-core h strap, what are your thoughts on these upgrades:

1. Ops-Core ACH Occ-Dial Liner Kit
2. Ops-Core FAST LUX Liner Kit (H-Nape) Does it fit in an ACH? (Heard great things, if it does)
3. Team Wendy EPIC AIR Combat Helmet Liner System
4. Team Wendy REVOLVE™ Helmet Liner System
5. Team Wendy CAM-FIT Chinstrap Retention System

Any thoughts or experience would be helpful!

The Team Wendy Epic air liner system is extremely comfortable and helps the fit in my opinion, but I rocked the standard Ops Core setup for a while too with little problem.

Outside of those two I have very little to compare to with respect to newer style helmets.

Team,

Disclaimer - i've never used this product

BUT

Natick Army Soldier Systems has certified Oregon Aero as their "Gold Standard" replacement helmet pad. Oregon started making seat cushons and their helmet cushions were used in the ACH BEFORE the army reduced the quality of the pads to cut costs. Oregon's helmet upgrades can be found here

If you're active service you can request a free set of Oregon Aero helmet pads thru "operation helmet" here

I used oregon aero before on my first deployment, we slammed folding chairs over each other's heads with no issues. I may even have video of it.
