+1 for Quip. So much easier to travel with. My personal experience with Quip is that it worked as well or better than the Sonicare that we have. My dentist noticed the difference. For sure. I also like the fact I don’t need to worry about buying refills and such. But to each there own.
As to the underwear issue, I would also throw out Merino wool as a good fabric choice. I live and work in Saskatchewan, outside, year round. Merino wool is pretty awesome. I work in temperatures from -45 F to 95 F and its pretty great stuff. Also, since its a natural fabric it doesn’t cause potential grief at work due to Fire Resistant clothing.
Razors another good option is a shaevette if you want to straight razor shave without having to strop. It’s a straight razor handle that uses disposable razors you can snap in half. Same idea as a lot of barbers who do straight razor shaves. I’ve been using a straight razor for about a decade now and it is so much better.
