Congratulations! You’ve received your Golden Koozie and have been officially selected to participate in an in-person or digital hangout with the ITS Crew!

Whichever option you choose, we look forward to talking with you and showing you around a bit! Follow the instructions below to claim your prize and schedule your hangout.

In Person Hangout

ITS is located in Arlington, Texas and you’ll obviously need to be here to participate in the in-person hangout. Travel and lodging will be on you, but we’ll provide lunch, drinks and swag during your hangout.

To schedule your in-person hangout, please email us at [email protected] with your Golden Koozie ID number and we’ll contact you to set a date and time for you to stop by!

Digital Hangout

If you’re not able to make it out in person, never fear! We’ll set up a Google Hangout for you to join and take a virtual tour, as well ask any questions you’d like. In addition, we’ll also get some swag sent your way as a reminder of your virtual trip.

Fine Print

ITS reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel either an in-person or digital hangout and agrees to provide ample notice of any such cancellation. Golden Koozie certificates do not hold any cash value and are only redeemable for either an in-person or digital hangout.
