I just purchased a Pig Saddle and was wondering if anyone had any experience working with one or its big brother the Hog Saddle. Also if anyone could recommend a tripod for one?

I am running a hog saddle on a Manfrotto Tripod with horizontal pistol grip head. Its not a cheap setup but it supports my 26lb precision rifle beast with zero issues. There are a few pictures of it in the 'bachelor christmas tree' thread in the primary weapon section. If you want some more detailed pictures let me know or if you have any other questions about running one.

thanks I dont think any of my guns run 26 lbs since they are all stock hunting guns, but yeah the owner of Hog saddle recommends Manfrottos.
