Just saw this and I find the concept interesting. Not many details yet, but I'd like to see one in person. And the looks are definitely... unique, but I'm a believer in function over form.  http://www.thegunyouwear.com

Ugly as sin.  Also, a thought provoking piece on same:

Aaaand your point is...? Seems gimmicky and unnecessary. Ergonomics look awful. And God forbid you be left handed!

And why wouldn't I carry my Walther PPS instead... Not really seeing the point of it... Plus I can't ever see myself betting my life on a Taurus (Personal experiences and opinions being what they are...).

I've been seeing this horrendous thing pop up on the social media for the past couple days now. It is ugly as sin and a very poor attempt (IMHO) of trying to cram poor innovation and technology into something to fix a problem that cannot be fixed. The problem of course being that Taurus is not a market contender in the world of big boy gun companies of course. And if they think this will give them a leg up they are sorely mistaken. The only prop that I will give them is that for my entire life I have only known Taurus to be a company of complete mimicry, they imitate not innovate, so this is an attempt at innovation, it's just a failed one in my opinion.

Gonna throw this in the Secondary section where it should be.

And I'm with most everyone else, not betting my life on a Taurus. If I want something that small and .380, going with the Glock 42.

This seems like the new r51 in terms of media hype to fail ratio. The lack of iron sights seems especially shortsighted from a legal perspective. If the laser battery dies, then good luck.

I'll pass on this engineering abortion.

As Seen on: M4Carbine.net, GlockTalk, and NCGO.

I do find it interesting that it says made in USA on it. I didn't know they had a factory here.
