If anyone is looking for a pre-assembled option, these just hit the market. Only funky thing is the TQ with the ski boot/roller blade ratchet strap, and it costing 200 greenbacks.

For perspective, as an IFAK, it cost as much as adventure medical's fourteen man kit.

Neat positioning option though.

Wow, that is ridiculously priced.  I have no doubt people will buy it not knowing of better options but it does make me question why I don't work harder to find a niche' market product.

I just bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee for the wife. The first accessory for it i bought was the ITS Boo Boo Plus kit in a red zippered pouch. i think it's got just about everything we may need for most minor and medium medical needs. I'll add an IFAK or TQ to it once i take my TCCC class in February. For winter i also have a "cold weather bag" with bibs, gloves, thicker socks, watch cap, ect just in case we have a break down or accident where we have to spend time waiting for a first responder or change a tire.

Same vehicle here Redsol, already have the IFAK in a handy little cubby hole on the driver side cargo area.  I keep a similar cold weather bag in the back along with a collapse-able shovel.

The spare tire bay is large enough to store some tow straps and road flares.

Saw this recently and like the concept. Not quite as bad as the XO one, but still painful for what you get.
