Does anyone here know of a good tc 2001-style helmet cover, preferably one designed to be used with a rail system? I've been looking around a little and habent seen many options. Thanks.

=)

I had a hard time dropping $90.00 or whatever it was for the one from CPG too.

Yeah. I mean, it will work fone without it for now, but I wouldn't mind having one in the future. I'd rather pay the $95 to buy an opscore left-friendly chinstrap.

First Spear makes one.

Do you have a link? I only saw one for the opscore helmets, not the tc2001 style.

Well, I found this instead...

The First Spear ones weren't for the the high cut MICH 2001.  Oops.

Also, I have the Ops-Core ARC rails on my ACH, and had no issue putting them on over the bog-standard UCP cover.  They use the same bolt holes the suspension uses.  I have a First Spear Multicam one, but since we're stateside, we have to all match, of course.  Never you mind UCP=/=ABU.

EDIT: Its the Hybrid cover, not the straight Ops-Core one.

Here's a thread where a guy used a First Spear HYBRID Ops-Core cover on a TC-2001 back in 2013 -- not sure if there's been any design changes that would preclude this from working now. LINK

If you're gonna drop 90 on a good left eye dominant retention system, spend a little more and get this.

I think it was more of a misunderstanding by TW of their tactical market consumers. They didnt start as a tactical helmet company, they more fell into it by being a successful commercial helmet company. I dont fault their owner for his beliefs bc everyone is entitled to them, but I'd prefer to avoid contributing my money to his profits if possible.

Update: I emailed aglite and their ACH mesh mohawk cover is tc2001 compatible, as is the firstspear hybrid opscore cover.
