DIY Knot Board Display Project Kick Off – ITS Knot of the Week HD

We’re kicking off a new project today on ITS that we’ve dubbed the DIY Knot Board Display! The display will feature a multitude of knots and we’ll be featuring each one on an upcoming Knot of the Week.

This week, Bryan covers the materials he’ll be starting out the DIY Knot Board Display with and offers some ideas about how he’ll affix the knots to the board once they’re tied. Join ITS this Saturday for a Workout Honoring Medal of Honor Recipient Michael Murphy

Medal of Honor recipient Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, also known as Murph, gave his life in service to his country in 2005, in a tremendous act of bravery during Operation Red Wings. This coming Saturday, May 26th, ITS will be co-hosting a “Murph” workout with Crossfit Mansfield in Texas to honor Murphy. Emergency Rappelling Gear – Gear Tasting Radio 66
